We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in Winter Garden, Florida. This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for growth, as it is structured as a Contract to permanent role. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude to support daily office operations effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing inbound calls
Organize and scan documents to ensure accurate record-keeping
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Assist with restocking inventory and coordinating deliveries as needed
Support office staff with general administrative tasks
Ensure a clean and organized workspace by addressing minor office needs
Collaborate with team members to streamline daily workflows
Maintain a detail-oriented and courteous attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
Previous experience in an office assistant or receptionist role is preferred
Familiarity with scanning and document management processes
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
Nice to have:
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
