Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, including receptionist duties and answering inbound calls
Assist the sales team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing materials
Maintain and update marketing files and documents to ensure accurate and accessible records
Organize and scan documents to support file management processes
Perform general clerical tasks, such as data entry and correspondence handling
Ensure timely and effective communication between departments and external contacts
Assist with special projects or tasks as needed based on office priorities
Uphold a welcoming and organized office atmosphere for both staff and visitors
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles
