We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Chatsworth, California. Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented environment
Manage incoming phone calls, providing accurate information or directing calls to the appropriate team members
Perform document scanning and organization to maintain accurate electronic records
Handle general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management
Support office operations by maintaining supplies and coordinating with vendors when necessary
Assist with scheduling and calendar management for team members
Ensure the timely handling of mail and package distribution
Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs and improve workflow efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role
Proficiency in receptionist duties, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors
Strong organizational skills with experience in document scanning and record management
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing and data entry
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in basic computer software, including word processing and spreadsheets
