We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Honolulu, Hawaii. Job Responsibility:
Welcome and direct inspectors and visitors with courtesy and respect
Organize and maintain readily accessible office documentation, including policies, licenses, and logs
Ensure the office remains clean and compliant with regulatory standards
Act as the primary point of contact for leadership during inspection activities
Perform clerical tasks such as scanning documents, answering calls, and handling correspondence
Support the team by maintaining accurate records and assisting with administrative duties
Collaborate with staff to address any immediate needs during inspections
Uphold the integrity and reputation of the organization during interactions with external parties
Requirements:
Previous experience in roles such as clinical receptionist, medical scheduler, or healthcare office associate is preferred
Familiarity with healthcare regulations or compliance processes is highly beneficial
Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach are essential
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to remain composed and confident during high-pressure situations
Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Google Workspace or similar systems
