Job Responsibility
Answer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and attentive manner
Organize, maintain, and retrieve paper and digital files to support daily office operations
Prepare, format, and update documents, spreadsheets, and other materials using Microsoft Office applications
Provide general administrative support such as data entry, scheduling, and handling routine correspondence
Assist with maintaining orderly office records and ensuring important information is easy to access
Support front-desk and office activities by responding to internal and external inquiries promptly
Requirements
Experience handling multi-line phone systems in an office setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to file and manage documents accurately in both physical and electronic formats
Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
