Job Responsibility:
Maintain company files and records
Assist with office management and organization processes
Prepare, sort, and mail documents
Track inventory of office supplies
Scan and file paperwork
Help with printing projects
Cover the front desk operations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
A minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a clerical position
Proficiency with computer programs
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay organized
