Job Description:

Join our dynamic Marketing & PR Team as an Office Assistant. This is a temporary position based in Shoreditch, working 4 hours per week on Mondays from 8am-12pm. The role involves providing administrative support, managing schedules, maintaining office organization, and assisting with event planning.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing and PR team
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle communications
  • Maintain an organised filing system, both digital and physical
  • Maintain the office space
  • Restocking of the office (the kitchen and stationery)
  • Watering the plants
  • Help with event planning and coordination as needed
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome

Requirements:
