We are seeking an Office Assistant for the Wassaic, NY area. This candidate will provide general administrative support to ensure the day-to-day operations of an office run smoothly. Job Responsibility
Answer and route incoming calls
greet and assist visitors
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics

Requirements
1+ year of administrative or office support experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
