We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Miami Beach, Florida. This is a long-term contract position offering a dynamic role within the non-profit sector. The ideal candidate will bring bilingual English and Spanish skills, along with strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to supporting office operations.
Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming calls and provide thorough responses to inquiries
Perform clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office records
Support billing functions and assist with financial documentation
Utilize accounting software systems and CRM tools to streamline processes
Coordinate leasing activities and assist with tenant communications
Prepare and distribute banner ads and other marketing materials as needed
Handle scheduling tasks and ensure the smooth operation of office workflows
Assist with day-to-day administrative support for the team
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks
Provide bilingual support to facilitate communication with Spanish-speaking clients
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Prior leasing or property management experience strongly preferred
Previous administrative or office support experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
