Job Responsibility:
Coordinate job site assignments by scheduling and organizing employees effectively
Communicate updates, changes, and confirmations with clarity and professionalism
Input and maintain data QuickBooks to ensure accuracy
Support various administrative projects, adapting to the needs of the team
Perform routine office tasks such as copying, filing, scanning, and organizing documents
Keep records and documentation accurate and up-to-date
Offer general office assistance to promote team productivity and organization
Requirements:
Demonstrates a professional and welcoming approach to office support
Possess strong organizational and time-management skills
Show confidence in managing scheduling and coordination tasks
Experience with QuickBooks is preferred, but willingness to learn is acceptable
Exhibit reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
Preferably have prior experience in office or administrative roles, especially within construction or trade-related industries
