Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to office operations, including scheduling, data entry, filing, and document preparation
Serve as a point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients and staff to facilitate communication and correspondence
Translate written and verbal communications between Spanish and English as needed
Answer calls, manage email inboxes, and route inquiries to the appropriate departments
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle travel arrangements
Maintain office supplies inventory and general organization of workspace
Assist with special projects and assignments to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Proven experience in administrative roles or office settings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially and professionally
High school diploma or equivalent required
