We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and help ensure the office runs efficiently. Job Responsibility
Provide general administrative support to staff and leadership
Answer phones, respond to emails, and route inquiries appropriately
Greet visitors and maintain a professional front desk presence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare, format, and file documents, reports, and correspondence
Manage office supplies and coordinate orders as needed
Perform data entry and maintain accurate office records
Assist with mail distribution, scanning, copying, and other clerical duties
Support special projects and day-to-day office operations
Requirements
1–2 years of office or administrative experience
Strong organizational skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
