Job Responsibility
Greet visitors professionally and help maintain an efficient, welcoming front office experience
Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages accurately
Scan, file, and organize documents to support accessible and well-maintained records
Perform routine clerical tasks such as data entry, correspondence support, and general administrative follow-up
Assist with daily office coordination to ensure supplies, paperwork, and scheduling needs are handled promptly
Support on-site check-in activities by confirming identification and helping visitors follow workplace expectations
Track administrative details related to contractor support, including time-related documentation when needed
Requirements
Previous experience in an office assistant, receptionist, or similar administrative support role
Ability to manage inbound calls effectively and communicate clearly with visitors and staff
Experience handling document scanning, filing, and record organization with strong attention to detail
Comfortable performing clerical duties in a fast-paced office setting
Proficiency with basic office technology and standard administrative software
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Detail-oriented presentation and ability to work on-site in business casual attire when required
