Office Assistant needed for a student housing facility in Baltimore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leasing, and/or property management, along with strong administrative skills. The primary job duties include handling phones, collecting packages, returning mail to the appropriate sender, documenting packages, sign offs, communicating with residents, performing building walk-throughs, heavy data entry in Excel, and general clerical needs. Requirements:
Prior experience in leasing, and/or property management, along with strong administrative skills
Previous experience in an office support, administrative, or receptionist role
Ability to answer inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts
Proficiency in scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate document records
Strong clerical and organizational skills with close attention to detail
Comfortable handling both front-office reception tasks and back-office administrative support
Experience supporting property management or a similar business environment is preferred
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and work effectively in a contract position
