We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in Alameda, California. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities. Job Responsibility:
Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and answering inbound calls professionally
Scan and organize documents to maintain accurate and accessible records
Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings or events as needed
Support the team in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace
Collaborate with staff to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure adequate inventory
Provide additional administrative support to departments as requested
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and responsibilities
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles preferred
Proficiency in scanning documents and managing electronic files
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities
Familiarity with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
