Job Responsibility:
Oversee general office operations, ensuring the workspace is organized, stocked, and ready for use
Manage inventory and replenish supplies, including office snacks, beverages, and essential materials
Coordinate the purchase and delivery of office supplies and arrange meals for meetings or events
Maintain a clean and meticulous office environment suitable for hosting visitors
Support expense tracking and organize receipts for accurate reporting
Assist with scheduling, administrative coordination, and occasional HR-related tasks
Handle ad hoc administrative requests efficiently and with attention to detail
Collaborate with internal teams to address office needs and provide operational support
Ensure the office remains functional and prepared for day-to-day activities

Requirements:
