We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This role is responsible for handling clerical tasks, coordinating office activities, maintaining records, and providing general support to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Job Responsibility
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Greet visitors and provide front-desk support
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
File, scan, and organize documents and records

Requirements
1+ years of office or administrative support experience preferred
