We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a contract position where you will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. Job Responsibility:
Respond to inbound calls and address customer inquiries with attention to detail
Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management
Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and resolving concerns promptly
Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses to internal and external stakeholders
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and update documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Support the administration of applications and tools essential for daily office functions
Maintain an organized workspace and contribute to overall office efficiency
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Assist with scheduling and calendar management for meetings and appointments
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office assistant or similar administrative role
Strong proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing customer inquiries
Familiarity with clerical tasks, including document handling and data entry
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Competence in managing email correspondence and maintaining professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with application administration is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
