About the Role: We’re looking for a reliable, kind, and highly organized Personal & Executive Assistant to support a busy professional with both work and day-to-day life. This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in staying organized, and is comfortable jumping in wherever needed. This position is best suited for someone who is flexible, easygoing, and solutions-oriented - not overly corporate or rigid. We’re looking for a “get it done” person who can adapt to different situations and help things run smoothly. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (in-office) Occasional light support outside of hours (evenings/weekends as needed, but not frequent) What You’ll Do: Day-to-Day Support Manage calendar, appointments, and scheduling Help organize and maintain email inbox Coordinate meetings and basic work-related tasks Personal & Household Support Run occasional errands (shopping, returns, pickups) Schedule and manage home services (cleaning, repairs, maintenance) Help coordinate upkeep of a second home (vendors, cleaning, general oversight) Handle vehicle-related needs (service, inspections, etc.) Assist with family-related logistics as needed Travel & Logistics Book and manage travel (business and personal) Occasionally assist with travel planning for others Keep itineraries organized and easy to follow General Support Jump in on miscellaneous tasks as they come up Help keep both work and personal life running smoothly and efficiently Who You Are: Kind, trustworthy, and easy to work with Organized and detail-oriented without being rigid Demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to move work forward without needing step‑by‑step guidance.
