We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and handle receptionist duties with professionalism
Scan and organize documents to maintain accurate records
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate parties
Perform general clerical tasks, including filing and maintaining office supplies
Enter data accurately and efficiently into various systems
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Ensure the office environment remains organized and functional
Handle correspondence and distribute mail promptly
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles
Proficiency in scanning, document management, and data entry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling inbound calls
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Familiarity with office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
