We are looking for two organized and reliable individuals to assist with administrative tasks during a holiday event in New York, New York. This is a Contract position, ideal for candidates with strong customer service and clerical skills. Your role will contribute to ensuring the event runs smoothly and efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the registration table, greeting guests and ensuring a seamless check-in process
Provide accurate and timely assistance to attendees with inquiries or directions
Maintain an organized and detail-oriented registration area throughout the event
Handle basic clerical tasks such as documentation, data entry, and record-keeping
Communicate effectively with event staff to address any logistical needs
Ensure compliance with event guidelines and protocols
Support the team with additional administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles
Proficiency in basic computer programs and applications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented approach and attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to event-specific requirements
