We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping where needed, and contributing to a smooth and efficient office environment. You’ll assist multiple team members and play a key role in keeping day-to-day tasks on track.
Job Responsibility:
Provide general administrative support across departments
Answer phones, route calls, and respond to inquiries
Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
Handle mail, deliveries, and office supply management
Assist with basic reporting and document preparation
Support special projects and team needs as assigned
Requirements:
1–2 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience
High school diploma or GED required
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
Experience with data entry and general office systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Positive attitude and willingness to support a team
