Job Responsibility:
Answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to general office inquiries
Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management tasks
Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory tracking

Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing shipments

Requirements:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment preferred
