Job Responsibility:
Pantry management (including daily set-up such as making coffee)
Receiving and stocking deliveries
Processing mail
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and supplies
Experience handling mail processes such as sorting and scanning
Familiarity with document management and file organization
Excellent communication skills for interacting with building staff and visitors
At least one year of experience in a similar office support role
Availability to work part-time hours on Monday, and Thursday
