We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations in our Camp Hill office. If you have experience working in construction or a related field and enjoy keeping an office running smoothly, this role could be an excellent fit.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to project managers, estimators, and field teams
Assist with document preparation, job files, project binders, and subcontractor paperwork
Support scheduling of crews, deliveries, inspections, and jobsite logistics
Manage incoming calls, emails, and communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Track invoices, expenses, and assist with basic job costing or billing tasks
Maintain organized records, permits, compliance documents, and safety files
Order office and project supplies as needed
Help ensure smooth coordination between the office and job sites
Requirements:
Experience in the construction industry or familiarity with construction terminology, jobsite processes, or project workflow
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software
Clear, professional communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
Detail‑oriented, dependable, and willing to help where needed
1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
Construction or trades office experience strongly preferred
High school diploma required

Basic knowledge of invoicing, job costing, or construction documentation is helpful
