We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This is a long-term contract position offering a flexible schedule of up to 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and assist with a variety of tasks as needed.
Job Responsibility:
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and running reports
Manage ad hoc projects and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Order office supplies and coordinate lunch arrangements for the team
Scan, organize, and maintain digital and physical documents
Answer and direct inbound calls with attention to detail
Provide receptionist support by welcoming visitors and addressing inquiries
Assist with clerical tasks to maintain efficient office workflow
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or office support roles
Proficiency in handling receptionist duties, including answering calls and welcoming visitors
Ability to scan and manage documents accurately and efficiently
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with basic office software and tools
Flexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to changing priorities
