Wilmington Delaware client seeks an Office Assistant with construction and union experience. This Office Assistant will organize files, schedule appointments, acts as receptionist, sort and distribute communications, and assist with administrative support tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Answer incoming calls
Data entry of legal documents
Schedule appointments/Calendar Management
Timely email correspondence
Handle incoming/outgoing mail
Prepare and file internal documents
Assist the Accountant with projects when needed
Requirements:
1+ years of administrative experience
Thorough understanding of office management procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organization and time management skills
Preferably a Bachelors degree in Business Administration
