Job Responsibility:
Responsibility for the supply of office stationery and consumables
Contacting and managing building maintenance and property service providers
Manage car rental bookings in accordance with company conventions when required
Responsible for keeping all occupational safety documentation up-to-date, liaising with the external RSPP
Involved in the management and archiving of paper documentation when special needs require it
Propose and execute solutions in internal event organization
With the remote support of an IT manager, take care of basic tasks of software maintenance
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in office management or receptionist role
Full working proficiency in both Italian and English
Adequate social, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to read and understand a balance sheet
Problem solving attitude
Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
Independent, reliable and responsible working style
