We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant III to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this contract role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in managing schedules, and the ability to coordinate travel arrangements efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Manage calendars and schedules to ensure timely coordination of meetings and appointments
Arrange and book travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
Coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas and documents
Provide administrative support by maintaining organized records and files
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to relay information
Monitor and address incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all administrative tasks
Support office operations by ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or office assistant roles
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools
Ability to coordinate travel arrangements efficiently and accurately
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
