Job Responsibility:
Utilize QuickBooks to track and reconcile financial transactions accurately
Coordinate and schedule jobs to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation
Process and code invoices promptly and correctly
Oversee general office administration tasks, ensuring the workplace operates efficiently
Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial and administrative documents
Handle communications with vendors and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Support the team with other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office experience
Solid organizational and office administration skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
