Job Description

The town of Needham is seeking applicants for the full-time position of Office Assistant. Under the general supervision of the Assistant Town Treasurer/Collector, the Office Assistant serves as the first point of contact for residents when paying for taxes, parking tickets, and other town services. This position provides excellent customer service to residents and clerical support for the office. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who possess knowledge of office applications, computer applications, and payment intake with great communication skills.
