Job Description

The Office and Facilities Manager serves as the lead for the effective and safe running of all premises, ensuring an optimal working environment for all stakeholders including clients and visitors.

Job Responsibility

  • Line manage central administration and reception team
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations
  • Arrange planned preventative maintenance
  • Coordinate reactive repairs with contractors
  • Manage security arrangements and access control
  • Liaise with landlords
  • Monitor utilities usage and seek cost savings
  • Maintain compliance inspection records
  • Conduct risk assessments
  • Coordinate fire safety procedures and emergency evacuation
  • Conduct building tours for new starters
  • Ensure DSE assessments are completed
  • Oversee accident/incident reporting
  • Provide H&S induction and training
  • Manage equipment issue and return
