In this dynamic role, you will act as the vital link between production teams and external clients, managing inquiries, order data, and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience. Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming inquiries professionally via phone and email, serving as the first point of contact for clients and partners
Execute precise data entry by managing order data and updating customer information within the sales management system
Collaborate closely with the production team to monitor inventory, manage expectations, and adjust lead times
Coordinate complex logistics, including arranging product shipments and scheduling pickups with various courier companies
Generate and issue essential financial and operational documents, including invoices, packing slips, and order acknowledgments
Manage the sample distribution process by arranging and dispatching product samples to current and prospective clients
Provide comprehensive general administrative support to the management and operational teams
Monitor and organize office supplies and filing systems
Requirements:
A diploma or degree from a post-secondary institution, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, administrative support, or a related business administration field
Complete fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
A valid Canadian driver's license is required
Physical ability to occasionally lift sample boxes weighing approximately 28 lbs
Demonstrated interest or previous experience in the woodworking, manufacturing, or interior design industry is highly preferred
Reliable transportation to the workplace for an in-person role
