An established and well-regarded real estate advisory firm is looking to appoint an experienced Office Agency Surveyor at Senior Surveyor or Associate Director level to join its Central London team. The business has built a strong reputation for providing clear, commercially focused advice across agency, asset management and development, with a particular strength in the London office market. Known for its collaborative culture, the firm operates with a lean team structure, offering clients direct access to senior expertise and fostering long-term relationships. This role offers the chance to take on a key position within a growing office agency team, with a primary focus on landlord leasing instructions across high-quality assets in London. You will work closely with a range of established property owners, advising on leasing strategy, asset positioning and transaction execution. There is also scope to gain exposure to selected occupier mandates, providing a well-rounded agency perspective. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious surveyor looking to step into a more involved, client-facing role within a highly respected London-focused advisory business.

Job Responsibility

  • Advising landlord clients on leasing strategy across Central London office assets
  • Managing leasing instructions from launch through to completion
  • Providing strategic input on positioning, refurbishment and pricing
  • Undertaking inspections, viewings and occupier meetings
  • Leading lease negotiations alongside clients and professional teams
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, occupiers and agents
  • Producing marketing materials, reporting and market commentary
  • Tracking market activity, availability and transaction trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Central London office agency (West End and/or City)
  • Strong track record operating in a client-facing environment
  • Commercially astute with the ability to advise on leasing strategy

  • Comfortable working within a lean, entrepreneurial team
