Job Responsibility
Office & Reception Management: Greet clients and partners, manage the switchboard, and handle incoming/outgoing corporate correspondence (emails, couriers)
Project Administrative Support: Organize, digitize, and archive technical documents, contracts, and project files
Schedule Coordination: Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments between executives, engineers, and clients
Procurement & Supplies: Monitor and replenish office supplies and inventory
Accounting Support: Collect, register, and organize invoices/receipts, forwarding them to the accounting department
Requirements
At least 1 year previous experience in a similar role

Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with electronic filing systems
