Job Responsibility:
assist in the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
provide administrative support to various departments within the organization, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling office supplies
assist in the planning and coordination of events and programs aimed at supporting mothers in need, including workshops, support groups, and community outreach events
help recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to assist with various projects and initiatives
maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our database, including donor information, volunteer records, and program participants
assist with internal and external communications, including drafting emails, newsletters, and social media posts
assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports
Requirements:
previous experience in office administration role
strong organizational and time management skills
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
passion for the organization's mission and a desire to make a positive impact in the community
confidentiality
university/college degree
proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
excellent knowledge on the Greek and English language
