Are you a highly organised and proactive Administrator looking for a varied role within a well-established and professional organisation? We are recruiting on behalf of a friendly and reputable business based in Boldon, seeking an experienced Administrator to join their supportive team. This is a busy and varied role where you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Job Responsibility:
Acting as a first point of contact for incoming calls
Managing post and general correspondence
Coordinating travel and accommodation
Organising training and maintaining records
Supporting document control and compliance
Managing security passes
Assisting with quality and environmental systems
Updating website content (full training provided)
Providing general office support
Conducting DSE assessments
Supporting as a Fire Warden and First Aider
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
Strong organisation and time management skills
The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Confident communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and self-motivated approach
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
