We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join the team at a reputable firm in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and delivering exceptional support to staff and visitors in a professional, high-caliber environment.
Job Responsibility:
Staff the front desk, warmly and professionally greeting guests, and managing incoming mail and packages
Schedule and set up on-site meetings, including room arrangements and required equipment
Prepare meeting materials as needed
Order and maintain inventory of office snacks and supplies
Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely deliveries
Coordinate with the IT department to resolve office-wide IT issues
Provide basic IT troubleshooting support to staff when necessary
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Support team members with various administrative needs as required
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
Requirements:
Previous experience in an office administration or similar role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Customer service-oriented mindset
