Expression of Interest – Office Administrator. We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced office administrators for upcoming opportunities based across Auckland. Ideally experienced administrative professionals who thrive in fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting teams to operate efficiently and effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Managing daily office operations and administrative processes
Handling correspondence, emails, and phone enquiries
Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Liaising with external stakeholders, sub-contractors, technicians etc
Preparing reports, documents, and presentations
Fleet management
Assist with day-to-day accounting AR, AP, bank recs
Supporting management and staff with general administrative tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
