We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support daily office operations and help maintain an efficient, professional work environment. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, and provide support to staff and leadership as needed. This position starts of part time for the first 2 weeks and then will be full time Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds as needed for shipping activities
Manage shipping and receiving functions efficiently and accurately
Provide support for day-to-day logistics operations
Demonstrate strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and arrange travel when required
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents
Requirements:
1+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds as needed for shipping activities
