Part Time Office Administrator required to work in the Porthcawl area, hours of work Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm, joining a long standing company working with a small, friendly team providing a professional and efficient client service. As Office Administrator, you will provide high‑quality support to both clients and colleagues in the office. You will handle a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the diary, records and client review process, with the opportunity to develop your knowledge and responsibilities over time.
Job Responsibility:
Diary management and scheduling meetings
Drafting and sending correspondence to clients and product providers
Using back‑office systems to collate client reviews and financial data
Preparing cases and client review files ahead of meetings
Managing and maintaining accurate company and client data
General office administration to support the wider team
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (minimum 3 years, e.g. Administrative Assistant or Receptionist)
Excellent customer service skills, able to build rapport and manage client relationships confidently
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to problem‑solve and think on your feet
Good time management and planning skills, able to juggle multiple tasks
Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office programs
Confident dealing with colleagues, third parties and clients, with absolute discretion and professionalism
