Job Description:

Office Administrator role for an 18 month Fixed Term Contract. Organised, detail oriented individual with a passion for administration and logistics to join a small and friendly team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinating daily transport for customer deliveries
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Handling inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries
  • Managing courier consignments and delivery arrangements
  • Monitoring and responding to emails in the customer service inbox
  • Supporting administrative tasks across Customer Service, Transport, Purchasing, Sales, and Health & Safety
  • Scanning, filing, and general office admin

Requirements:

  • Proven administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
  • Eager to learn and grow within the role

Nice to have:

Customer service experience
