You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business, working closely with colleagues across the practice and ensuring deadlines are met with confidence and calm.
Job Responsibility:
Keeping the practice running smoothly and prioritising workloads across the team
Working with the Accounts system, ensuring compliance and becoming a ‘super user’ to support the rest of the team
Supporting clients with uploading documents and general queries
Reception and filing duties
Supporting with bookkeeping, payroll, and tax administration
Requirements:
Previous administration experience within a practice environment (accountancy or legal) is highly desirable
Competent IT skills and confident using Excel, Xero, Sage, and the Microsoft Office Suite
Naturally organised, detail-focused, and dependable
A clear communicator who enjoys working with people and happy within a small team
