This permanent Office Administrator position is currently based in Balcatta and will report directly to the Operations Manager. The role offers full-time hours, working either 8:30am – 4:30pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm, with the business planning a move to new premises in Subiaco later this year. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, coordinating team activities, managing visitor interactions and assisting with investor meeting preparation. Over time, you will become a key point of contact within the business, supporting staff, investors and visitors while helping maintain operational processes and service standards as the company continues to grow.
Job Responsibility:
Complete administrative tasks within required timeframes and maintain accuracy with minimal rework
Prepare meeting rooms, organise catering and coordinate visitor arrangements
Support the Operations Manager with records management, documentation and follow-up actions
Maintain office supplies, equipment, courier bookings and general staff services
Coordinate onboarding processes, staff events and day-to-day office requirements
Manage office priorities and support the smooth operation of daily workflows
Communicate with visitors, investors and internal staff in a professional manner
Handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy
Maintain and update documents using SharePoint, OneDrive or similar systems
Requirements:
Previous experience within administration, office coordination or team support
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Confidence using document management systems, scheduling tools or CRM platforms
Confident working autonomously
Ability to manage competing priorities
Professional communication skills
Organized administrator
