We are seeking an Office Administrator to join a growing company in Encinitas. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative processes, and helping maintain an organized and professional work environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while supporting both leadership and internal teams.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflows
Answer phones, manage correspondence, and greet visitors professionally
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and office scheduling needs
Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility coordination
Support document preparation, reporting, and record management
Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and administrative reporting
Organize company files and maintain accurate documentation
Support leadership with special projects and operational tasks
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines independently
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills required
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
Experience supporting professional office environments preferred
