Robert Half is partnering with an innovative biotechnology company seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, supporting leadership and teams, and ensuring the office runs efficiently in a fast-paced, professional environment. The Office Administrator will play a key role in coordinating office logistics, supporting internal teams, and maintaining an organized and productive workplace.
Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently
Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams
Coordinate meetings, calendars, and conference room scheduling
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation
Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Coordinate visitor access, office logistics, and employee onboarding support
Maintain organized filing systems, databases, and internal records
Assist with expense tracking, invoices, and basic office budgeting tasks
Support internal events, team meetings, and office initiatives
Handle general administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in office administration, office management, or administrative coordination
Experience in biotech, healthcare, life sciences, or another professional services environment is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
Nice to have:
Experience supporting growing or startup environments
Familiarity with office management tools, vendor coordination, or facilities support
