This role serves as a dual-function Finance and Admin Assistant, responsible for the full lifecycle of office administration and financial integrity.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end fiscal tasks, including processing transactions, approve travel & expenses in the internal systems, handling SAP Concur expense claims, and manage wire transfers
Oversee essential office operations such as IT infrastructure, fixed asset tracking, and vendor management
Provide logistical support for regional ASEAN events
Maintain strict document control and liaising across international regions
Requirements:
minimum of a Diploma
5 years of relevant office administration / office management experiences with similar capacity
high proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
