You’ll blend reception, purchasing support, light AP/AR assistance, travel coordination, and executive admin tasks—perfect for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and being the go‑to problem solver.
Job Responsibility:
Lead front office operations: phones, visitor check‑in, mail/parcel handling, facilities coordination, supplies
Support purchasing with vendor onboarding, quotes, PO creation, tracking deliveries, and resolving discrepancies
Assist accounting with invoice coding, approvals routing, check runs support, deposits, and basic collections follow‑up
Coordinate travel, calendars, meeting logistics, and on‑site events for leadership
Maintain accurate digital filing, SOPs, and compliance documentation (safety logs, training files, visitor records)
Prepare reports and spreadsheets for leadership
help improve processes and forms
Liaise with production floor managers to synchronize deliveries, job tickets, and priority orders
Back up HR admin tasks: onboarding packets, I‑9 support, badge/keys, and training sign‑offs
Requirements:
3+ years administrative experience (manufacturing/engineering exposure preferred)
Confident communicator who can prioritize and pivot seamlessly
Strong Excel/Sheets skills
comfortable with numbers and basic bookkeeping tasks
