Our client is a well-established and growing business operating within the building rectification and remedial construction sector. Due to continued growth and a busy project pipeline, they are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Administrator to support their office and estimation team. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Job Responsibility:
Acting as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers and visitors
Managing reception duties, phone calls and email correspondence
Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings and site visits
Providing administrative support to the estimation team, including quote and document preparation
Assisting with general office administration and record management
Supporting fleet management, including vehicle bookings and maintenance tracking
Assisting with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) administration and compliance support
Handling ad-hoc tasks to support a busy and growing office environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in an office administration or support role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to construction, building or trade-based industries will be highly regarded
Willingness to learn and develop WHS knowledge
