Lumerate is growing rapidly and we’re actively hiring for a part time Office Administrator to join our team! We are a thriving hybrid team in the office on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at our office located in the Junction Triangle. Our Office Administrator will play a key role in keeping things running smoothly, supporting both in‑office and remote team members, and managing day-to-day operations. This role will work closely with our Talent & Culture and Finance & Operations team.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the office by coordinating logistics, managing supplies, and ensuring the workplace runs smoothly for the team
Preparing desks, equipment, and welcome packages for new employees and coordinating onboarding and offboarding logistics
Managing office resources including, computer, supplies, and inventory
Coordinating building maintenance requests and working with vendors or building management to resolve issues
Tracking key office resources such as stipends, parking, and shared office equipment
Planning and coordinating monthly in-office events
Maintaining the office emergency plan, organizing fire drills, and meeting all health and safety requirements
Requirements:
Friendly and approachable, and naturally enjoys creating a welcoming and positive environment for others
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces, trackers, and logistical details
Able to juggle a variety of tasks for a variety of different teams and people
Someone who is detail-oriented and likes to solve puzzles
Comfortable coordinating with different teams, vendors, and partners
